Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime under “Manage subscription.” You keep access until the end of the current billing cycle, and it won't renew after that.
How am I billed? Will I be charged twice?
A flat monthly subscription. Your quota is counted by actual dubbing minutes — replaying the same video doesn't use extra quota.
Is payment secure? Which methods are supported?
Checkout is handled securely by Creem (our Merchant of Record). Major credit and debit cards are supported, and we never store your full card number.
Is there a free plan to try first?
Yes — 1 hour of dubbing every month, no credit card required.
Does unused quota roll over?
No. Quota resets at the start of each month and does not carry over.
