Before you upgrade
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime under “Manage subscription.” You keep access until the end of the current billing cycle, and it won't renew after that.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If it's your first subscription, you get a full refund within 7 days of paying for a monthly plan or 14 days for a yearly plan. Just email support@eardub.com from your account email. Duplicate charges are always refunded. See the refund policy in our Terms of Service.
How am I billed? Will I be charged twice?
A flat subscription, billed monthly or yearly — yearly costs less than 9 months, so 3 months are free. Quotas reset monthly either way. Your quota is counted by actual dubbing minutes — replaying the same video doesn't use extra quota.
Is payment secure? Which methods are supported?
Checkout is handled securely by Creem (our Merchant of Record). Major credit and debit cards are supported, and we never store your full card number.
Is there a free plan to try first?
Yes — 30 minutes of dubbing per day, up to 3 videos daily, with no credit card required.
Does unused quota roll over?
No. Free-plan minutes reset daily, while Basic-plan minutes reset monthly. Unused quota does not carry over.
